Get Paid 2 Relocate!

No Catch - Get paid to relocate!
Relocating? I'll pay You for allowing me to help you.
Confused? Probably... If you are moving, or have a property to sell in any other city or state give me a call and I will find a local, experienced, professional Realtor to help you find your next home, and - I will pay YOU the money!
How it works example:
You are moving to Dallas, TX and I refer you to the local agent there, who helps you purchase your new home. Let's say purchase price of the property is $270,000, with the customary commission that agent pays me a referral fee, out of which I pay you around $500. There is no obligation, no fees, nothing to sign. It works the same way if you have a property to sell somewhere else. If you have family member, friend , or someone you know relocating, they can get the same deal.
Give me a call: (813) 843-2389, or shoot me an email:
When was last time someone gave you their services for free and then paid you money on top of that?

What is a Short Sale?

A Short Sale is a Real Estate transaction where a homeowner needs to sell the house, but owes more to the lender than the property is worth. The lender agrees to accept a lesser payoff than is owed on the mortgage note. At Century 21 Shaw, we work directly with your lender negotiating the terms of the Short Sale on your behalf.

What are the benefits of a Short Sale?
When a Short Sale is achieved, there won't be a Foreclosure. A Short Sale solution may give you a chance to qualify for a loan on a new home after 2-3 years, versus a Foreclosure that could negatively affect your credit for up to 10 years. Many experts believe that a Foreclosure is even worse than a Bankruptcy.
In most cases, the lender forgives the remaining portion of the debt.
If your payments have never fallen behind 30 days late and the lender does not require that you pay back the loan, Fannie Mae guidelines may allow you to buy another home immediately.

Don't wait for the Bank to start a Foreclosure process, there are alternatives. A short Sale could be your best option. Call now.
